Even Parcel Signal was born from a simple dream: to bring authentic, handcrafted pizza to Singapore while respecting our planet and honoring traditional Italian techniques.
Founded in 2020 by Marco Benedetti, a third-generation pizzaiolo from Naples, our journey began in a small kitchen in Joo Chiat. Marco brought with him centuries of family recipes and a deep commitment to quality that has been passed down through generations.
What started as a weekend passion project quickly grew into something special. Word spread about our naturally fermented dough, organic ingredients, and the care we put into every single pizza. Today, we are proud to serve the community with the same dedication and authenticity that inspired our founding.
